Subject: Zoning Changes in Dewey Beach

The Town of Dewey Beach wishes to remind all residents that a proposed zoning ordinance will have a Public Hearing on Friday November 13th at 12 Noon.  The proposed changes are mostly, but not exclusively, in the residential north end of town.  The Public Hearing will be live streamed on YouTube, and participation for Public Comment via Zoom is encouraged.

Residents are invited to comment before or during the Public Hearing.
