Effective July 1, 2023, Casella Waste Systems of Vermont purchased all of GFL’s Delaware, Maryland and Pennsylvania assets including LLCs, agreements, facilities, systems, staff, trucks, etc. The trash vendor for Dewey Beach will continue to operate as Waste Industries of Delaware, LLC only now doing business as Casella Waste Mid-Atlantic LLC. 

All previous agreements with GFL/Waste Industries remain intact and enforceable.
