A revised set of proposed modifications to the Town Code regarding maximum residential building size, setbacks, and other building standards are now posted on the Town website for review and comment. The proposed modifications reflect the Commissioners’ discussion at their January 8 meeting. The proposed changes will be considered and possibly voted on at the February 12 Town Commissioners Meeting. Please direct any comments or questions on these changes to the Town Manager and the Town Commissioners.

A comparison of the existing code with proposed changes

A draft ordinance including all proposed changes without “markup”

A “markup” version of the draft ordinance that show all changes to the existing code.
